1.   Precision Tooling- Totowa Precision Tooling builds tooling and fixtures to customer requirements and timetables.  Designs can either be provided by the customer or can be produced in house with customer input. Sizes vary from small to mid size and most are finished after hardening.

Typical customers are in aerospace, automotive parts, electrical connector, medical devise, pharmaceutical packaging, plastics processing, and other similar fields.

 2.  Precision Machined Parts- Totowa precision Tooling offers both manual and CNC precision machining capabilities. We specialize in small to medium sized precision-machined parts from a variety of materials and hardnesses.  Very close tolerances can be held using CNC Milling and Turning, Jig Grinding, Jig Boring, Wire EDMing, Surface Grinding, OD Grinding and other operations. Lot sizes vary from one or two pieces to 1000 or more pieces.  3. Wire EDM Service- Our Wire EDM Department holds tenth tolerances on a daily basis while providing quick turn around. With state-of –the-art Agie Wire EDM’s, Totowa Precision Tooling can handle the most challenging applications.

 4. Jig Grinding Service- Jig Grinding is an integral part of our ability to hold tight tolerances. Totowa Precision Tooling was founded primarily as a Jig Grinding shop.  In addition to finishing our own work, we provide Jig Grinding as an outside jobbing service by using our affiliation to North Jersey Jig Grinding.
